Shipping policy

Availability and dispatch

Products can be ordered only when the store offers purchasing for the selected configuration. Joining a waitlist does not place an order, reserve inventory or authorize payment.

When a product becomes available to order, review its availability and any stated dispatch estimate before purchasing. If no dispatch estimate is shown, contact james@grydgear.com before ordering. Carrier transit estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed delivery dates. We will communicate material delays and available cancellation options.

Shipping charges and destinations

Shipping is charged separately from the product price. Available services and the final shipping charge are displayed at checkout based on the destination and items ordered. A destination is supported only when checkout offers an applicable shipping service. SKU A, B and C currently have United States shipping profiles; international availability differs by product. Contact us before ordering if checkout does not offer a service for your address.

Separate packages

Staged SKUs use separate shipping profiles and may ship in separate packages. When products from multiple profiles are ordered together, Shopify may combine their shipping charges at checkout. Review the total before payment. The Complete System packaging and shipping method must be confirmed for the production kit.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking information will be provided when available after dispatch. Check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly about corrections; changes may not be possible once a package has shipped. For missing, damaged or incorrect items, email your order number, details and photos of the product and packaging. Keep the packaging while we investigate. Do not ship a return without receiving return instructions.

International orders

Where international shipping is offered, review taxes and duties shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes or carrier charges that are not collected at checkout may be payable on delivery, subject to applicable law. Contact us if you need clarification before purchasing.
