Using the GRYD GEAR store

These terms apply to your use of grydgear.com and purchases from GRYD GEAR. Contact us at james@grydgear.com with questions before ordering. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

Product selection and fitment

Review the product description, included components, fitment information and installation instructions before purchasing. Fitment depends on your truck, bed configuration and existing equipment. Contact us if your configuration is not specifically documented. Do not assume compatibility from a photograph alone.

SKU B requires SKU A. SKU C requires SKU A and SKU B. Selecting a prerequisite confirmation means you own or are ordering the required components. Accessories shown in installed-system photographs are included only when the selected product description expressly lists them.

Availability, prices and orders

Products can be ordered only when purchasing is available for the selected configuration. Joining a waitlist does not create an order, reserve inventory or authorize payment. Prices, availability and descriptions may change before you place an order. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. We may need to verify payment, availability, delivery details or fitment before fulfillment. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled items. We will not charge a higher price or substitute a different product without your agreement.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy explain delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds. Please review both before purchasing. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation; a shipped order may need to follow the return process.

Safe installation and use

Follow the supplied installation and use instructions. Check mounting hardware and secure all cargo before driving. Do not exceed the truck manufacturer's load limits or any published product limits. Never carry passengers in the truck bed or use the system as a passenger restraint. Stop use and contact us if components are damaged or loose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Website information and permitted use

We work to keep product information accurate. If a material error affects your order, we will contact you before fulfillment to resolve it or arrange a refund. Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or misuse other people's information. GRYD GEAR content and branding may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission, except as permitted by law.

Privacy and third-party services

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Changes and contact
